Bluetooth drain Battery

Tue Jul 31, 2018 10:32 am

The device has a shorter battery life than that
A7 of my son, because alone Bluetooth uses much more than 30% of
Batteries, although sometimes it turns off easily. I loaded the device 16 hours ago and went to sleep. This morning Bluetooth was off, but had already consumed more than 10% battery. Currently Bluetooth has already consumed 23% (calculated 943 mAh) and the day is not over, it's just midday.

After I got that on Amazon, I set up the device as "new", so no backup recorded, did the OTA updates and then
made a factory reset. When I noticed the problem, I have made a factory reset again. Unfortunately, no improvement.
Turning off Bluetooth is unfortunately not an option, because I use it in the car and a smartwatch that would otherwise be deprived of its functions.

My Firmware Version is BV9000-FHD-Blackview-V0.5-20180119

Did you try to not install your bluetooth device apps after the factory reset?
Some 3rd party apps (as, for example, the one wich cames with the smartwatch) are not optimized and drain a lot of battery!

I use the Watch and the App since two Years on different Phones. Without a Problem.
And yes, I tried it "solo" only using Bluetooth on my Pioneer Car-Radio. And it is the same Effekt.

These are the values after 24 hours mostly in standby. It is not an active Bluetooth usage!
I hope that's just a bad joke ...

Can anybody else confirm such issue? If it's not a sporadic case, i'll track it as an issue to be investigated.

It's in the 9000pro forum, but for me it sounds like the mistake that occurs to me. I also wrote my problem there.
