I tried to contact the tech guys through the web formula but it doesn't work
Hence why i'm trying through the forum  


Anyway, a friend of mine recently bought the BV9000 and as strange as it seems, the parcel didn't come with a manual
And he has no clue what should be opened/unscrewed to place its SD memory card and SIM chip as well

Can anyone assist me and if there's a link somewhere, to a manual, i'd be glad to have it

Just open the little "door" in the upper side of the phone.





Now put a needle into the little hole to get the sim tray out the phone.
