Hello, I have a problem with my connector. 
When I put in charger i doesn't work properly, somethimes it works, somethimes not. 
I need to move it to find the charge... little boring. 

I contacted the seller, he told me he cannot do anything, please contact blackview

I bought it on Tomtop. 

I changed the USB C connector, it works now.

I discovered it was my mistake, when I am using the mobile while charging it destroyed the cable and the connector...
That's why it's better to be careful and to avoid this kind of problems.
