Hello
I bought the P6000 for my mother, that have not many abilities with smartphones. However, I pretend to simplify she to use the smartphone assigning to P6000 fingerprint the launching of the assistant (Alexa or Google, anyone of them) like I'm doing in my Samsung. However, I only get to assign to fingerprint sensor the "back" or the "home" function.
Please, is there anyway to assign fingerprint sensor to call an assistant like Alexa?
Thank you

To summon Google Assistant, just keep the fingerprint button or the home button pressed.

If I do a long press over fingerprint, Android shows the list of open apps to manage them. The home or any other button on screen is not an option in this case, cause I pretend user only use the fingerprint sensor and the Google Assistant. So, what's the config I should set to get that holding the fingerprint button it show the Google Asisstant?
Thank you

The only possibile ways to summon Google Assistant are:
- Long press the Home button showed in the display
- Say "Ok Google" when the display of the phone is switched on
Unfortunately it doesn't seem you can use the fingerprint "button" for that.

It's a pity. I needed that functionality. In this case, this Blackview is not what I need.
Thank you for your support

Unfortunately it doesn't look like a common feature to get on phones....
