 Hi there,
When I connect the phone to my PC via USB, it tries to locate and install the driver, however it comes up with an error saying driver installation unsuccessful.

Is there a driver available for me to download and install onto my PC so that it can detect my P6000 so I can transfer files in and out of it?

Wich is your operating system?
Once connected your phone to your pc, remember to select the "usb file transfer" on the drop down menu of your phone.

I am on Window7, when I connect it to my PC, it says USB device unknown, and then does nothing.
Seems like its not identifying it as a portable device.
Is there a driver that I can download online?
