Phone permanently off

Fri Jul 20, 2018 9:05 pm

Hi,

I just got a P6000 and I started it up with no problem. Installed my apps from my old phone using my google account, and finally went to update the phone. It updated the first time with no problem, but after restarting I checked if there was any update available and it said there was a new one. Downloaded it and let it upgrade to that one. However, the phone turned off and never turned back on. At first it was on a permanent loop with "Blackview" showing up on screen and then immediately disappearing, and again, and again.

Afterwards, I checked the tutorial here to try and downgrade to the previous update, and I followed it to try and install the ROM provided in the forum here and using SP multi port download tool. The phone is not recognized, it just stays on the scanning part forever. The only "reaction" I get from the phone right now is a red light when it's connected to power or the pc, and that's it. What are your recommendations?

Thanks!

It did work! Should I try installing the rom you posted somewhere else on this forum, following the tutorial?

Did you perform a factory reset from the recovery mode? is your phone now working correctly?

Tried, seemed to be doing the reset at first, left it untouched and connected to power for a bit. Didn't know how long it would take, and had to take care of other things. When I came back the phone was off, and now went back to the previous state (completely and permanently off) but doesn't react to anything, not even recovery mode. I'm sending the phone back to Amazon, where I got it.

Hello,
Please I need help. I purchased my P6000 sometime May 2018, and I've been rocking my phone till yesterday when I put the phone on charge and that was it, the phone never came on again. All I see is a red light when I plug the phone to charge and nothing else is responding. I bought the phone on aliexpress in May 2018. Please what do I do?
