Recently, I bought new Blackview P6000 phone. Everything works fine, except the problem with microphone. It is not working when Iam calling normally (phone on ears), but when I put it to Speakers, the other guy hears me perfectly, everything works fine so this is the proof that microphone is working and there arent any hardware problems. Recently, I tried to fix the problem on software. I did hard reset and it didnt work. I tried to change some settings in 'Engineer Mode', which some of the other users, who experianced the same problem suggested. It also didnt help. I also tried to turn off 'OK GOOGLE' feature and it also didnt help.
If you find any other solutions, please contact me as soon as possible, because I need a working phone as soon as possible for work. Greetings from Slovenia!

Can you perform a test with the Voice recorder app?
During a call in loudspeaker mode, a secondary microphone gets involved... wich is the correctly working one. Your primary microphone seems to be faulty instead.

My friend is working at rentgen at his job and he testes both my phones, both are Blackview P6000. He discovered that there are missing parts in phone, which is not working while talking. I marked on photos where are good parts and where are missing parts. I recommend that I order new PCB from you so I can try to replace with failure one and try if it works or just send this phone to repair service if they can do something. In this case, send me closest possible service for Slovenia customers! Greetings!
