i can confirm such issue also on my device. Tech team is aware, a fix will come.

Hi there, just wondering if you can provide any update on this?
My GPS seems to be in a little trouble too, all red, no green at all.

A software update may improve the GPS fix a bit.

My phone is already fully up to date.
When I choose "device only" in location service mode, it cannot locate me.
This to me means that the GPS/GLONASS is not functioning.

Can you please advise how this can be fixed, or is it a malfunction device?

hello I reported the problem there are already eight months and still no solutions found you say that your teams are working on it but eight months that's a lot so I would not buy blackview phones it's a shame

I'm very sorry to read about this delay, but tech team is very busy and working to many different phone models at the same time.
