Thank you for your support, but I bought the phone from blackview's official store on aliexpress. and after I asked what can be done, the response I get is to send a video of the problem and also reminding me that it's been long I bought the phone which is May 2018. Knowing fully that video formats are not acceptable on the aliexpress platform, yet asking me to send a video.

You can record a video (remember to include a piece of paper with your nickname and details!), upload it on Youtube and send him the link.
Unfortunately i can't help you further with that, as you have to talk with the seller.
Usually warranty is one year, so you are definitely inside it. Don't step back.

I made a video and sent it on YouTube But the seller which is the official Blackview store on aliexpress says the warranty is 3 months. Because they don't want to replace my phone which is still under warranty.

Unfortunately the one linked isn't the Blackview Official Aliexpress Store. I'm really sorry but i can't help you further with that. It's all between you and the seller

As of May 2018, Blackview speciality store on aliexpress was the official Blackview store on aliexpress.
Well thumbs up to the services rendered here, I think I'll give the phone to my kid as one of his toys.
