I've been using a P6000 for a month now. It is a great phone so far.
Today I noticed the battery levels were around 28%. When I plugged it to the charger, the screen went black but without the "Charging Symbol". I realized it turned off, and since then I was unable to turn it back on.

I don't know how to open it, or if I should check the battery connections.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

I suggest to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty. This would be the best choice!
