When do we get Android 10 BV-9000pro-f

This Device could run Android 10 with ease so when will there be a upgrade other Developers support theyre Hardware much longer than a year
I think it's not fair for the Customers. I have this Handy now one Year and all I get is Android 8.0

We have been working hard to upgrade our equipment and continuously introduce higher quality products to keep up with the development of the times. For old products, we will continue to optimize and update the hardware part, but we pay attention to the iteration of new products to upgrade equipment

This phone BV-9000pro is very sturdy
Android 8.0 system is also very smooth
I like this phone very much

In other words to say it clearly: Blackview is not interested in supporting phones that are from 2017 and wants to sell new phones instead...
That ist the reason why my trusty BV9000Pro-F will be the last phone I bought from Blackview! The next one will be a phone that is supported longer than 20 months!
