Where can I download the OTA package? Is it possible to obtain it in any other way than OTA? I've upgraded my phone and now it boot loops...I wouldn't wanna have to go back to 7.1 and redo the whole thing again.

To solve the bootloop, you can try to perform a factory reset from the recovery menu.
