I'm struggling to connect my BV9100 to my laptop.  I'm running Windows 10.
I can see that the computer recognizes the phone at the bottom right hand side of the screen.  It shows BV9100, so it's connecting.  
But the device manger shows a ? next to the MTP device which shows up under 'Other Devices'.  I believe this means that the correct driver isn't installed for this phone. 
I want to transfer files off the phone. 

I've found a USB driver version 1.1352 and tried to install that my right clicking the MTP device in the device manager.  It starts to install but then tells me it can't install this driver. 

I'm dumbfounded as I can't seem to connect this phone to my PC?  

Can somebody direct me to the correct drivers so I can transfer files?

Try changing USB settings in your phone from MTP to Storage.
