music listening problem my cell phone

hello, I put music that was saved on my laptop on my phone. It is impossible for me to read them, they run in 1 second Is there a setting to do or what software should I take on playstore. I am French so try to be clear because I do not understand English very much.

What's the
Music file format? Is MP3?
You can try to download some music app and play some music. Make sure the phone whether paly music.
Post the issue picture in here is better for helping you.
