(BV9000 pro F) Android auto and apps are not synchronized with ford sync 3

When i connect my mobile to my car Ford sync 3 i should automatically read android auto and other applications like sygic car navigation etc. With bv8000 i have everything working correctly but with bv9000 pro nothing. I've done cleaning wipe / cache, wipe / data, factory data reset but nothing. The phone is set to MTP file transfer. Please help.

Check if your software version is the same

I connect my phone to android auto with bv9600 using original cables. After 5 minutes or so, the phone and the android auto locks up, screen freezes and nothing works
