Just installed the new OTA update. Changelog was saying *Minor bug fixes*. So far i havent see any differences or fixes but I'll post more after i go back home and hard reset my device. Security patch says February 2019.

I see that apparently some problems from this thread are still there.

Ok i just reset my phone and i gotta ask. Is this "firmware update" some short of a joke? Sorry if I'm being so raw. But we waited so many months for this?

Only improvement I have is my battery consumption is better. I am at the point of moving away from Blackview as their service is none existent and I am over it.

I start to believe that reporting bugs and problems on this forum it's kinda useless or the admin doesn't inform them as he should cause if he does then the "team" who works on resolving software problems doesn't care at all or paid for nothing and if they do paid for nothing then the companies quality check is non existent. In few words the new "update" they released after so many months fixes not even one of any of the previous problems.

Is there actually admins on our forum that takes note of our problems? I did see on one of the other forums that their focus has shifted to the new models.
