I have a problem with my smartphone bv9000 the back camera 16 MP don't work , when I try to photograph an object both near and far the autofocus does not work and the photo is blurred.
when I take a picture it's not clear when I touch the screen the lens focuses, but it does not come out clear, the lenses are clean and the phone is working properly.
between the tests carried out I also tried the factory reset

The upper camera probably doesnt work,you can try and cover it with your finger while taking a photo to check it out.`
I have the same problem when i upgraded my phone to the latest Android OS and im waiting for 6 months for an answer......

i got this problem also.. you try factory reset.. than install OPENCAMERA from playstore. n try open the app.. over there got symbol camera. change to ID2.. n camera okey already... can email i can help you..

I have a problem with my blackview A80pro, i can't update it but the camera is nice and the screen have started developing issues, I'm scared if there is anyway i can swap it with other product.

I also have this problem more often, it is enough to close the camera app in the task manager and restart the app.
