after updating my bv9000pro to android 8.0 hours or I had fingerprint problems, that is, unlocking the fingerprint phone works correctly, while apps that worked with the fingerprint as login or confirmation have stopped working.
I have checked the settings and the feature enable footprint for the app is active.

Please perform a factory reset and report back if your issue gets solved.
