Hello,

My touchscreen is not working anymore of my Blackview 9000 PRO.
This means I can not activate the pattern and the phone became useless.
The phone is still under warrenty, but the company I bought it from (D&S Electronic, Aliexpress) told me the costs are for me!!
How is this warrenty working on Blackview phones? 
I liked the phone, but don't want to buy every 6 month a new one.

Nope, the seller will have to manage warranty repair or replacement. Blackview doesn't offer a direct repair option for phones bought from 3rd party sellers.
You'll have to insist.
