Hi all,
I configured the SoS Call but when I edit the Help Message I have a pop-up:"Get the current GPS location..." but in the text message remain "Start get GPS location..." in light gray and when I click on "Save", I have a pop-up:"get GPS fail!"

By testing the service the messages are correctly sent to the chosen numbers but do not contain the GPS coordinates

Could you support me for this?

Do you have this issue in every situation?
Is GPS and Location service turned on and are you outside of buildings?

I had tried more and more time but inside the building
Outside it works perfectly

Thanks for your kind reply. So this is solved.
(GPS can only work outside of buildings.)
