The phone will not show up on my computer when I plug it in by usb cable, to tranfer pictures and video.
My phone and computer is up to date.
I have already tried to update the driver, but it did not help.
please help me out,I really like this phone and all that space

did you turn on the Develop Mode ?
If not , try to :
go to the settings---then find the About the phone---go to the buttom----if you see the firmware version, click it in several times continutally---then it will show "Develop Mode has been opened" ----go back to the settings and find the Develop Mode and turn it on.
then try to connect the computer again.
if it works, please report again.
