setup wizzard crash everytime

As a lot of people here, I just receive my BV9000 pro and couldn’t even open android. As the setup wizard app is continuously crashing before any update would be downloaded during the wireless "looking for update" operation.
I did the Recovery/wipe data/ factory reset. Problem persist.
The phone receive phone calls but its thee only thing I can do with ! As I can't access any other screen than this setup-app. Is there a way to skip this wizzard ?
Should I download the ROM, put it at the root of my phone, then restart ?
