Que tal, disculpa como es que esta el tema de la garantía en caso de avería del equipo ya q necesitó saber a quien me dirijo en caso de alguna falla quien respalda mi compra y mi seguridad, quiero facturar también, si se puede ? Donde me puedo poner en contacto y donde lo nececito comprar para q todo tenga valides ? Allí exprés ? Es una tienda distribuidora autorizada según su anunció, entonces como es q procedería en caso de algún inconveniente que de antemano espero no tenerlo, ya que no veo esa información por ningún lado les agradecería q me lo explicacen, de antemano muchas gracias.

if your device has any hardware problems, you can contact the seller or return the device to the seller to get it repaired(if it is within the warranty).

But anyways:

Admin: What "dudas" is trying to say, is that he/she is trying to get a guarantee that the cell phone will arrive. And if there is any problem, who can be contacted to fix it? Is there a technicall Support? Is the only way to buy is via Online Shops like Aliexpress? Or is there a physicall shop that he/she can buy from?

It's probably the first time "dudas' is buying a blackview so it raises concerns.

Desculpe. Mi espanol no es muy bueno, pero creo que vas a entender.
Yo compre via AliExpress y no tuve ningum problema. Creo que por AliExpress o otros shopping onlines es la unica manera de comprar.
No hay una garantia en verdad, pero, se tuber qualquier problema pode hablar con el vendedor y pedir un nuevo o ayuda.

En este forum, intentamos ayudar a todos con problemas o dudas normalmente en ingles. Pero se deses pode hablar en espanol y yo intento ayudar.

The easiest way to buy Blackview phones are online shops. There are some retail stores selling our phones but I don't know if there are some in your area. You can contact your seller in case of any problem. Notice that the warranty period may vary by country of the shop. Some onlineshops like aliexpress also offer extra insurance when you buy phones.
