Is it just me or is tech support ignoring everyone?

I have several questions gone in unanswered about this blackview phone with problems

Hello Admin,

We are waiting for answers on several questions asked and which must be submitted to the developers. Including the capacity of 1000 mAh instead of 4180 mAh (AnTuTu) and the CPU mentioning P20 instead of P25 (AIDA64) that may be the result of a firmware bug or these applications. Doubt must be lifted. Thank you for keeping us informed.
I ordered a new battery for comparison.

By the way, "Admin" how can the BLACKVIEW constructor release 2 BV9000 Pro phones, one with HD display and the other with an FHD display with the same name. For example, the BV9000 Pro FHD, should have been called BV900 (1) FHD or some other name. This is confusing.

Why are blackview releasing the BV10000? The BV8000 and 9000 still have problems which you can't fix !!

For one my microphone is very poor for videos and video chat nobody can here me.

How about fixing old problems before making new ones

Hello about the mircophone problem, first back up your datas and do the factory reset to fix the problem.

Already have done weeks ago that's how long it's taken you to reply!!

Still got the microphone problem for videos and WhatsApp and Skype calls voice calls ok

Please upgrade your phone to the latest version, if still have the problem, please keep contacting us.

Hi

I'm am on the most recent version and done a factory reset, please see the post " recent OTA update" which your still have not answered.

Still can't WhatsApp video or Skype video or take normal videos because no one can here me

A question for the users of this forum if we entered blackview into a competition for best tech support what position out of 100 companies do you think they would come?

I say 100 right at the bottom
