touchscreen problem

i replaced my bv8000 pro by a bv 9000 pro FHD and i have a problem: navigation bar is not working !!! make reset and flash ... but the problem persist .

have you tried to get into the recovery mode to reset the whole system and settings?

Yes try all : recovery, reset, flash, nothing works... I'm technicien from another brand... Seem to be touchpad defect...

what is the version of your phone?
did the problem come out suddenly?
or did you disassemble your phone before?
