Video recorder have stopped working

Hi!
After the latest OTA update V1.1_20171215_20180301-150 my video recorder have stopped working. When trying to record video the phone highlights the following text:
"The recording application is running in the background and cannot be vedio recording.Please turn off the recording and try again"
How can I solve this, I hope I don't have to perform a factory reset.
