Data connection failure for both SIM slots

Hi all,
I baught this wonderfull BV 9000 PRO online, in a presale offer on December the 13th (2017).
Since yesterday It was a very pleasure to use this awesome smartphone.
I've never used it under heavy environnement, only normal use in standard conditions.
On March the 9th, apparently without any reasons, only the data connection stopped to function, no Internet connection in Edge, 3G or 4G Bands.
I've tested the same SIM inside the two slots. Tested another sim too, same results. Connection Settings resetted too.
I've tryed also to enter EngineerMode Menu -> Modem Test -> Factory, after first reboot mobile connection returned correctly... but after some hours under Wifi, coming back to mobile 4G connection, no Data has been transfered again.
Is there something that I can try to make It function again?
