Bv9000pro wizzard manager problem

Dear Admin!
Today I have recieved my new BV9000pro. After powering up the wizzard manager initialises, but it collapses continiously, so I cannot put my handset in service. I have tried with and without sim, tried with different languages, tied as a backup from android phone and as a new. The message is Setup Wizzard keeps stopping.

Can you advise an easy solution?
