Does anyone know whats included in this ota update

I've just tried to update my BV9000Pro. It was in response to the system automatically inviting me to do so.
Download went ok, unpacking, then reboot.. seconds later I get an image of a collapsed Android with the word 'error'.
I had to long press the power button, and restart.

Repeated process and tried again. Same thing.

What is going on? What do I need to do?

have you tried to reset your phone?
