I have a problem with the alarm Volume no matter how far I turn it down it doesn't get any quieter could blackview please find a fix for this.

please tell us your current firmware version.
and have u drop down your phone on the ground? it sounds like a hardware problem.

I very much doubt it's a hardware problem the sound works ok about from alarm I'd say it's more software. It hasn't been dropped.
