Hello,
I have brand new bv9000 pro
However within a few days normal use I have hair line crack going from microphone port on front across to other side .

Can I purchase screen with touch ?
I have also noticed since this crack develop the microphone is either muffled on calls/sound recorder test
Or microphone has sharp whine on call .
I can followed online solution on forum however this did not help .

This phone is within warranty etc .
I have contacted seller on eBay but he/she is unresponsive.
So I come here for help
