Blackview BV9000 Pro Problems with Apple Music (Android) crashing and downloads

Hi,
I subscribe to Apple Music (Android Version). There is a problem when I try to download music for offline listening. The download just disappears and no music is saved on the device. This is really annoying since I pay for this service and it seems to be a problem with the device and not the app. I tested the downloads on my LG G4 and LG V30 and it works fine.
Please can you assist.
