Blackview BV9000 Pro Problems with Gmail Crashing

Hi,

When I open the Gmail app it sometimes crashes. There is an additional problem in that I can't download attachments to any emails to the phone. It either crashes the Gmail app or the download just disappears without anything downloading.

Please can you assist.

hello,
please try to disinstall the application and download it from the google store again.
