LTE not working in Canada

I got my BV9000 Pro today. With the Fido sim card, it can only connect as "E", not even 1G/2G. Tried Fido recommended apn settings still no luck.

hello,
First you have to contact your phone carrier to get your correct APN settings, wich you have to set.
Then enable your data connection and everything will work.
