[Answered] Shuttingdown and Dont Power on again

hello admin
I just got my new BV9000Pro 2 week ago,last night my device's battery was empty and shutting down , after that couldn't power on again, when connected to charger red LED is on but devise don't power on.
by cable connected device to laptop , but didn't work too.

Place the phone on the original cable and charger for 24 hours. Try to start it with pressing power for 10 seconds.

Test your BV9000 pro with AnTuTu V7.0.4, then "My device" and check the battery capacity is: 4180 mAh or 1000 mAh? For information, read post "Capacity battery BV9000 Pro"
