Hello Admin,
Here is the message I sent to the store: BLACKVIEW Official Store

"I have a big problem with the BV9000 Pro bought on 20171127. Build Number BV9000Pro_Blackview-V1.1_20171215. Benchmark V7.04 antutu test The battery capacity is 1000 mAh.
BV6000, Benchmark V7.04 antutu test the battery capacity is 4160 mAh.
I ask you the procedure to follow to have a BV9000Pro according to your technical data. That is to say a battery of 4180 mAh. And do not tell me it's an Antutu mistake. You have the comparison of BV6000 and BV9000 Pro.
I now understand why the Battery is discharging in one day."


Admin, can you pass this problem to the developers. There may be a bug in the firmware of the Build Number BV9000Pro_Blackview-V1.1_20171215, for displaying the battery capacity.

Other users of the BV9000 Pro, can you check the capacity of your battery. If your battery displays 4180 mAh, please put the picture.

I think it is possible that the ANTUTU V7.04 does not currently integrate the data of BV9000 Pro because it is recent.
The battery of the BV9000 Pro, discharges in less than 24 hours in normal use. A fully charged 1000 mAh battery will always be a 1000mAh battery, it will never reach a capacity of 4180 mAh. When viewing the photo of the BV6000, it mentions the remaining 29% of its capacity of 4160 mAh and the battery of the BV9000 Pro at 89% capacity is always 1000 mAh
I'm not sure I understood everything. Do you think I missed something? Any answer, to feed, my brain will be welcome.

I don’t think it the program problem I tried more than one program all said battery capacity is 1000 , it is a bad battery or bad android rom setting may be not sure if software can change actual battery capacity readings. But i do agree also that the battery performance isn’t good enough.

Following the response of BLACKVIEW Official Store, here is the problem I submitted to "support@antutu.com":
"Blackview Smartphone, BV6000 Battery Capacity: 4160 mAh, BV9000 Pro: 4180 mAh AnTuTu V7.04 Test Displays BV6000: 4160 mAh, BV9000 Pro: 1000 mAh Does AnTuTu fully support the features of the BV9000 Pro?"

Nobody wants to test the battery of his BV9000 Pro. You are not curious about his ability. If someone on a test with a capacity of 4180 mAh, this would remove the doubt of the AnTuTu v7.0.4. Thank you
