Hi, I ordered a BV9000 Pro a while back, and I just got the device anfew days ago. And so far I'm disappointed. There are two major issues:
1. It frequently crashes and reboots itself. It happens regardless if I'm on 4G/4G+ or on wifi or if the device is in idle mode or not. I've created a crash report if Blackview is interested. (And if I can send it securely to them...)

2. Selfie camera was delivered broken. The official Blackview store at AliExpress suggested that I should go to a local service center and repair my completely new device. The problem here is that no repair center here in my area accept Blackview devices.

What should I do?

2.it's a hardware problem.
seems like the helpful way is to return the device to the seller and get it repaired under the warranty.
