Hi all,

I just buy a new BlackView BV9000 Pro and i can't connect it on my computer to copy some files on it.
i tested every USB debug mode but a can't acces it.

Is someone know how i can connect the phone on my computer ?

i searched on the blackview website and i found nothing, the same on this forum.

I know that's a new cellphone but it's a little embarasting to not find any information about the way to connect it on a computer.

Could you please help me to do this ?

did u turn on the Develop Mode?
if not, please turn it then it will allow you to connect the computer.
if you did, please inform us your firmware version.

Doesn´t work with my:

Firmware: FHD-V0.6-2180104

no connection with or without Developer mode.There is some thing wrong with the MTP device files.

It says inside the ini some parameter are wrong.

Windows 8.1

USB 3.0

Had you tried to turn on "usb debugging"?
If nothing help please also try to install the latest MTK USB VCOM Driver https://androidmtk.com/download-mtk-usb-all-drivers

If you want transfer files to mobile or back to the computer, use "my Phone explorer".There you can easily connect trough wifi or cable or Bluetooth(if computer have).works with all of android mobiles.Install app in phone, install program on computer, and you have all working.And it´s free!!!
