Sorry this might be a silly question, as im an apple user, this is my 1st time trying out with android and it was Blackview BV9000pro,
I notice my apps dont have notification on the app icon, on lock screen yes... ontop the hone screen also have small icon...
but on the app icon itself, dont have... i notice other phone usually will have a red circle with a number like 1 or 2 or 10 on the app icon if there is unread message... but my wechat and whatapps no red circle with number ontop it even if there is new unread message coming in...
only have notification on lock screen... once i cleared the notification i wont know if i have unread msg...

another quesiton which is not related to my topic... does this phone come with face recognition?
because i bought it from this web https://www.tomtop.com/p-ps0026g-eu.html and it stated come with face id recognition
but i am unable to find this features...
yet i check on blackview official web.. i dint see this features for this model... maybe the web i bought advertise wrongly?

1.most Android phones did not support this functions. it's normal.
but some support this functions which is similar to Iphone.

2. i cannot find face recognition either.

1. Use Nova Launcher and Tesla Unread for full customisable notifications as described from you
2. Face ID is located in settings menu.
