Hi BV,
Can you confirm that BV9000 Pro sim card seal and charging port seal need to be closed when we bring the phone for swimming ?
what if the seal already loose and not tight anymore, is it still water resistant ?

I can conform that you should always close and check the seals before gong to a wet area with the phone.
