[Solved] "Device not certified by Google" - NEW ISSUE

Thu Jan 25, 2018 11:45 am

Hello,
I have a similar problem to the one described in this topic (viewtopic.php?f=212&t=346250). However, mine cannot be solved in the same manner due to the inaccessibility of the home screen and any of the phone's functions, for that matter.
The issue is that upon receiving the phone, I came up against the certification message and decided to restore factory defaults through the restore mode. After that first restore attempt (much like after all the ones that followed), that same Google message started appearing much earlier in the startup process, cutting me off from all functions. I cannot access the Play Store or any other service, as the message only allows me to: a) turn off/ restart the phone b) go back to choosing the language and connecting to WiFi.
Thank you.

Choose (B - choosing the language and connecting to WiFi) and perform an OTA Update (settings > about phone > system update) after connecting.
