[Tracked] need help with mail sync Mail Close

Hello
I have problem with Mail Service mail crash when try to sync .... every time when I conect internet mail close (Gmail) and I cant config other mail if phone have internet connection
please help me

Is it the google gmail app that is crashing or the other email app?

Hello, everytime gmail crashes just after a half of second gmail runs.
It crashes, then I see error window with button for reload app

Good evening from me as well.
I want to convey my own experience, as I have addressed the same problem, in my own Blackview BV9000Pro.
Looking for information on the internet, I found a google article, I followed it and so far, the problem was resolved.
Trouble, these are the following ...
1) We do downgreat the Gmail program.
2) In the phone's settings, we find our applications, Gmail application and delete the data & cache.
3) Revert to the factory settings of the phone.
4) Install all phone updates.
5) Greate your new Gmail account.
So far, I have NOT created a similar problem again.

Thank you for your help! On a first try it seems not working on my test-device. But I am not sure if I understand everything correct. Can you maybe provide a link to that google article?
