[Solved] Seal missing?

Attached is a picture of the rear of my new phone. Can anyone confirm that a speaker seal is missing making it prone to water/dust entry? My seller is trying to tell me it is designed like this. I say no and suggest a manufacturing fault....

I can confirm that there is NO seal missing. Your speaker is on the right side and it is normal that it looks "like open". But the speaker itself is secure sealed on the inside.

Same brand phone from other web sites show a seal where I suggest one is missing.

Your picture shows a computer generated graphic, not a photo. When you watch inside the speaker holes you see a kind of "net" that protects the speaker from dirt. The speaker itself is sealed so that no water can come inside the phone from there.
