The problem is the isolating rubber membrane under the mic, which protects it from dust and water. I had the very same problem, basically i was unable to make phone calls because the other party couldn't hear anything. After long hours trying to make it work with no result, I have changed the rubber membrane to one I removed from a Ulefone Armor. It isn't easy to remove it without causing any damage to it or poke it, really thin and sensitive part. After the change the sensitivity has improved like a million times. I think any membrane would do the job from a model which doesen't have this problem, eg. the BV6000 series, they use the very same mic size, it should fit perfectly. Or you can just remove it, and put the microphone back, but do it for your own responsibility, as this way the mic won't have any protection, water and dust will probably damage it, even if it can't get any further inside the phone.
Have fun...
