touchscreen not working

I've had a BV9000pro for exactly a year and two weeks and now my touchscreen is gone.
The upper half goes and can be operated but the lower half of the display has no touch function. very annoying because here are the control buttons. The display itself is completely in order and the glass surface as new. Unfortunately, the contact form on the BV homepage does not work. Therefore, I have to ask here if there is a solution to the problem.
