Here is my review for the Android 8 Update for BV9000Pro

Broadcast messages from Channel 50 is back, and it's not posible to remove.
When you try to disable via General Tab, it gives a SIM Card error.

Camera is horrible. I tried to take a photo of a vase, 50 cm away, without moving and it came blurry.

Apps like whatsapp are no longer working with the LED color function.
A new function was added, and it doesn't matter which app you have messages to view. The led only blinks RED.

It's being a long time since I had issues with Blackview. It was all good until this Update.
But this time, the OTA showed for download and I see no information in the forum regarding it.

I will keep checking and testing.
At this time, I do not recommend anyone to download the Android 8 Update for BV9000Pro.

1)LED notification light doesnt change colour its only red and green only when the battery is charged up. 
2)The battery life is great.
3)Lot of times proximity sensor is not working and while you talking at the phone your cheek starts activate bluetooth,mute the call,end the call etc...
4) Wifi power is mediocre even at 2,4 band.
5) If you go out of signal and come back the mobile internet doesnt connect back to fix this you need to restart the phone.
6) No more battery stats?
7) Putting a custom ringtone(audikomzedge) and restart your phone couple times it goes back to factory default ringtone,
8) NFC: turning card simulation ON it goes back to OFF.Tried to add my credit card from my banks app and it just doesnt read it.
9) Kika keyboard crashes when you go to sound tab.
10) Calendar crashes if you change day from the widget.
11) Security patch version is from May.
12) Had to restart the phone couple times to make Fast Charge to work again.
13)No more video calling from default caller app.
For now i only have these.Ill keep you posted.

-Stock Camera-App crashes when i try record video. Photo still works. Other camera-app works.
-tapping "Call Details" in Phone App (incoming Calls-Entry) crashes Phone App, if there are several entries from the same caller. If it is just a single call, it does not give the error.
-fingerprint-unlock and face-unlock will be reset to default. fingerprint(s) and faces were deleted. Finger scanner no longer works reliably, Vibration during unlocking is missing
-power button sometimes starts the phone only as long as it is pressed. If released, the phone turns off again. 
-custom Background will be reset to default on restart

From time to time screen doesnt go off.Even if i set it to 30sec time out the screen stays on.This can drain the whole battery if you have your phone in your pocket.Yes i can confirm the camera app keeps crashes when you turn to video mode but not always.

I have all the above problems after the update. Is there any to rectify these faults?

Tech team is now aware of the Oreo issues, a fix will come.

Quick update:
I flashed back to Android 7.1 on my BV9000Pro.

The bottom line was the messages from Channel 50.
I had over 150 broadcast messages in 2 days.

And the 3G / 4G was really .. really bad.

I will wait for updates on the Oreo fixes before going again to the newest version.

After the update, I could not restart. It sounded the Android start jingle in half, then it stopped. After the third try I reset it to factory settings. The problem with the camera has since been fixed, the other problems persist.

Ok i got one more bug.
I like to unlock my device using the fingerprint sensor so i use 2 slots and register both left and right fingers. The second fingerprint i register is not gonna be able to unlock the device.Doesnt matter which finger is.You only get the message unknow fingerprint.This only happens if you register 2 fingerprints.
