We have just received the first shipment of 9000 pro FHD+ models (previously we only got HD ones+), and we realised there is a software issue with them. If you connect to a WiFi network in the setup wizard, it tries to check information and crashes (Seup Wizard has stopped) and you just cant get through it. We tested it in 3 different FHD+ phones, all the same. From there the only way forward is to get away from the wifi so the phone cannot connect, and finish the setup wizard without network. (We also faced an other problem, Gmail always crashes on all the 3 tested phones, and how I see you could not fix that since 7th January

Please try to resolve this issue ASAP, we just cannot sell the phones with the faulty software because every other costumer gets stuck in the setup wizard...
