Recently bought the BV9000Pro-F Phone
Everything works fine but the icon for switching cameras keeps disappearing from the screen
I have tried factory reset, clearing the cache and data to no effect. Power off and on does not work either.
I had the front camera until I installed messenger and then tried to use front camera in messenger.
The error it gives say the front camera is unavailable because another app is using it
The Rear camera works fine.
I have tried another Camera app too.
All that is left is to flash the firmware which I am reluctant to do as it might break the phone
Currently operating on Android 7.1.1 and Kernel 4.4.15+
Sending the phone back is not an option as I live in New Zealand

after installing the messanger then the front camera did not work?
may be the messanger and the phone are in conflict, you can try to uninstall the messanger then see if it works.
and please tell us your firmware version and we will report to the tech team.
