Hy, I've buyed from gearbest a new 9000pro.
Fantastic phone!
I'm so enthusiast when arrived, but imagine my disappoint when I open the SIM bay and looking for the SIM tray holder who wasen't at his place....
Phone sealbox wasent damaged but they wherent so
After few days I'm was able to use the phone only under WiFi connection.
Contact the gearbest support, after few mails, they promise me to give me a spare parts, today they told me (after my mail where sollecitated them) who there isn't spare parts and they were in contact with the factory.
Many days passed and I can't use my phone.
Offcourse, the solutions is to return the phone with manu cost of custom and shipment, but is noto simple to vive me a spare parts?
