Recent Update

First I feel sure I already asked this question, but cannot find it?

There is currently a 'new version' OTA Update. BV9000Pro Blackview V1.1 2017 1215 20180301 1508
I am reminded each day to update this. I try each day.
Each time it spends almost no time at all 'unpacking' and reboots. It then dies. A small green android figure appears with 'error'.

What is the problem? Why is it not working?
